Delivery
Which courier do you use?
We send all our parcels with Royal Mail, so you can shop with confidence.You can choose:
Tracked 24 – Delivery in 1–2 working days.
Tracked 48 – Delivery in 3–5 working days.
As soon as your order is on its way, we’ll email you your tracking number.
How quickly will my order be sent?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours (Monday–Thursday).
Once your order has been sent, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow its journey.
How much does delivery cost?
Tracked 48 – £4.50 for the first item, £1.50 for each additional item.
Tracked 24 – £6.00 for the first item, £1.50 for each additional item.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
At the moment, we only deliver within the UK.
Returns & Exchanges
Do you offer free returns?
Yes — we offer free UK returns using Evri.
Simply complete your returns form (download one here) and follow the instructions provided.
We’ve made the process as easy as possible.
What is your returns policy?
We hope you absolutely love your Warm Wellies — but if they’re not quite right, that’s no problem.
You can return them within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund, if you want to exchange the wellies for a different size please return them and reorder on the website.
Please make sure:
- They are unworn
- In original packaging
- In fully resaleable condition

Warranty
Do Warm Wellies come with a guarantee?
Yes, they do.
We stand behind our wellies and offer a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase.

How do we get the right size?
We know sizing can sometimes be tricky, so here’s our simple advice:
For children – Order one size up from their usual shoe size to allow room for growth and warm socks.
For adults – Order your normal shoe size.

What are Warm Wellies made of?
Our Warm Wellies are carefully designed to keep feet warm, dry and comfortable.
They are made from: Natural rubber (durable and waterproof) and 4mm neoprene lining (for warmth and insulation)
We use 4mm neoprene because it provides the warmth you really need — especially in cold, wet conditions, anything less simply doesn’t offer the same comfort.
Our wellies are designed by Simon, who personally tests every new design on the farm to make sure they are:
- Comfortable
- Hard-wearing
- Properly waterproof
- Ready for real outdoor life
