What are the delivery options?
Our standard delivery is 3 – 5 working days, but we also offer next day or 1 – 2 day delivery and if you live locally you can arrange to collect them from the farm. For more details visit our Delivery & Returns page
How do we get the right size?
Sizes often vary from brand to brand, but we generally say for kid’s order one size larger than shoe size to allow for growth. For adults, we recommend ordering the same size as your shoes. We also include calf measurements on our size chart which has standard and wider fit welly measurements. You will find details on our Size Guide page
What is your Returns Policy?
We hope you love your Warm Wellies, but if you have to return them for any reason, simply complete the returns form on the back of your invoice for a refund/replacement within 14 days of receiving them. Please note items must be returned unworn, in fully saleable condition and in the original packaging. We are a small family business so return postage is paid by the customer unless we supplied an incorrect or defective item. Full details can be found on our Delivery & Returns page
What are Warm Wellies made of?
All our Warm Wellies are made of natural rubber and have 4mm of neoprene lining which helps keep feet warm and cosy. We believe you do need 4mm of neoprene for maximum benefit – so don’t settle for wellies that have any less. They were designed by Simon Wood who also tests all new wellies on the farm to make sure they are comfy warm and robust enough to do the job.
