What can you make from nuts you gather in the woods?

The end of September is a wild and fruitful season. Getting out in the forests and woods and collecting sticks, leaves and nuts means you can craft all winter long. But if you have Red Squirrels in your garden - they'd very much love it if you found them some hazelnuts!
