Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

Payments can be made via our Worldpay card processing system which accepts a wide range of cards including Mastercard, Visa, Visa Debit, Switch, Solo and American Express or Paypal.

Alternatively you can send a cheque including the relative postage (see Shipping and Handling below), made payable to The Warm Welly Company, together with details of your order to:

The goods will then be dispatched once your cheque has cleared, which takes 5 working days. VAT is not payable on children's wellington boots.

Should you need to contact The Warm Welly Company by telephone you may reach an answer machine. Do leave a message and please be patient with us; we are a working farm and there are just the two of us running the farm and four children! Your enquiries will be answered as quickly as possible.


When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Shipping And Handling All goods will be dispatched within 5 working days from the date of the order being placed,  however we aim to dispatch orders within 2 working days.

Royal Mail Tracked 48 (3-5 working days) - £3.50 for the fist pair of wellies and £1.00 for each extra pair of wellies.

Royal Mail Tracked 24 (1-2 working days) - £5.50 for the fist pair of wellies and £1.00 for each extra pair of wellies.

 Royal Mail Next Day Delivery (Monday to Friday Deliveries Only) - your order has to be placed before midday if you require this service, which costs £15.00 for one pair of wellies and £10.00 for each extra pair, irrespective of size.

Delivery Schedule All goods will be dispatched within 5 working days from the date of the order being placed, however we aim to dispatch orders within 2 working days.

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know.

Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added, where applicable. Childrens wellies are VAT Free.
For orders placed outside the European Union local import duties may be payable upon receipt.
 

Credit Card Security When the order is placed at our website, you will automatically be transferred to the Worldpay card processing system, which will take your payment. The Warm Welly Company does not have access to any of your credit card details.

Returns Policy You can return your order for any reason, within 7 days of receipt, for a full refund or exchange. However the goods must be returned in their original condition and packaging and we are unable to refund postage. Please request proof of postage from the Post Office.

Most exchanges arise due to incorrect size selection.
Sizing can always be problem with any footwear and sizing varies from manufacturer to manufacturer and brand to brand.

Generally with our Kids Neoprene lined wellies we would recommend that you buy one size larger than your childs shoe size.

Under the Distance Selling Regulation you can cancel your order at any time up to seven days after you receive the goods. You must return the goods in their original condition and packaging and you will be credited in full. You will, however, have to pay the cost of returning the goods
